Not satisfied with your order?

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied, and we are happy to assist you with a return.

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original labels and tags must still be attached

  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or use

If these conditions are not met, we may unfortunately be unable to process the refund.


Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (for example: wrong size ordered, change of mind, or unwanted item), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the shipping carrier you choose.

  • If the return is due to our error (for example: damaged item, defective product, or incorrect item received), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our support team will provide the correct return instructions and address.


Return Process

Step 1: Contact our support team to request a return.

Step 2: Pack the items securely and include the completed return form if provided.

Step 3: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method (Track & Trace).

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping. The sender is responsible for the shipment until it arrives at the return location.


Refund Processing

Once the returned package has been received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Uncollected Packages

If a customer fails to collect their package from the delivery location within the carrier's specified timeframe, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

If this occurs, a 29.95,- handling and return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
